Any number in the millions is hard to picture. This is a video that helps to put "faces" on the number of 143 million. (I believe the newest orphan statistic is close to 160 million by UNICEF)
What will you do? Make a choice!!
It is overwhelming to consider ALL the orphans, but when you consider the one you CAN help your whole perspective changes. Bless you!

ReplyDeleteYes, we took our 3 sons with us to Korea last summer(12, 10, & 8 at the time) and it was THE BEST decision we ever made! You will not regret it! Traveling to Korea is so different from just about every other country that most adopt from and it is very easy to get around and navigate on your own. It is so beautiful- I can't wait to go back! Our boys got to experience it all with us and I feel that it made for a much better transition for our daughter as well. I have many suggestions for places to go while you're there too, but it;s going to be awhile before you're ready for that I think!
Anyway, congrats again. I love your blog and the name! :-)
